Project Manager

Responsibilities

  • Working with design team on production - including drawing sets, 3D model and rendering, technical documents and FF&E.

  • Overall project management on drafting, construction management and communication with clients and trades.

  • Contributing and committed to the growth of Bespoke Only

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in an interior/architecture firm

  • Excellent skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Enscape.

  • Experience in local New York city construction administration

  • Strong communication and organization skills

  • Detail oriented; Driven; Proactive; Responsible; Self-Starter; Solution Seeker

  • Willing to travel. Must drive.

Interior Designer

Responsibilities

  • Developing interior design production work - including technical drawings, 3D modeling and FF&E selection

  • Handling direct procurement to meet project budget and timeline

  • Liaison between firm and client managing trade people and vendors

  • Training and mentoring junior staff

  • Contributing and committed to the growth of Bespoke Only

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in an interior/architecture firm

  • Skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Enscape

  • Experience in local New York city construction administration

  • Strong communication, organization and time management skills with exceptional adaptability

  • Detail oriented; Driven; Self-motivated; Solution Seeker

  • Willing to travel. Must drive.
