SoHo Loft, NY

Perched upon a distinctive easel composed of cast iron columns and lofty windows, an industrial canvas serves as the backdrop for a new age of work space. Inspired by the iconic SoHo neighborhood, an expansive, airy floor plan breaks the mold of traditional corporate with intimate vignettes and redefines a quintessential SoHo loft in quiet luxury. Featuring a select of mid-century and classic Nordic designs, the space transforms into an unconventional work space with an artsy edge, a nod to both the historic roots of the neighborhood and its posh identity today. In a saturated rust hue, drawn from the weathered, earthly tones of the building’s original brick, the rear side of the loft has a distinct personality from its sunny front counterpart, promoting productivity and deep focus with a softly diffused northern exposure.
